My Groups is the list of every group you belong to, together with the invitations waiting for an answer. My Purchases, in the same menu, is the record of what you have paid and what is set to charge again.
My Groups
Open the menu under your name and choose My Groups. Invitations you have not answered sit at the top; your memberships are below them. Each group is one card carrying its status, your role, the date you joined, and the actions available on it.

What a group card tells you
Pending invitations
Who invited you, the role you are being offered, and when the invitation expires. Accept joins the group; Decline clears the invitation away.
Member / Pending / Rejected
The state of your membership. Pending means the group has not decided on your application yet.
Owner / Organizer / Member
Your role in that group. Owner and Organizer reach the group's admin screens; Member does not.
Visit Site / Events / Share / Leave
The actions on the card. Visit Site opens the group's own address, Share hands you a link and a QR code to pass on, and Leave asks for confirmation first. A Funding action joins them for groups that take contributions.
My Purchases
The same menu has My Purchases, which opens a page headed My Payments. It is a plain record: everything that has been charged, and separately the standing orders that will charge again. If you have never paid anything it says so and points at the plans instead.

What the tables show
Payments
One row per payment, with Date, Purpose, For, Amount and Status. A status runs through Open, Paid, Failed, Expired, Cancelled, Refunded and Charged back.
Standing Orders
The recurring top-ups, with Purpose, For, Amount, Interval, Next charge and Status. Cancelling one stops future charges; what you have already contributed stays where it is.
Update payment method
Replaces the card or mandate a standing order charges against, without cancelling the order itself.
Payment History
A third table under the other two, listing Date, Purpose and Amount. It is the plain ledger of what was actually taken, without the status detail the Payments table carries.
Leaving is not always possible
A group will not let go of its last owner - hand the role to someone else first. And on a group's own site the leave screen first tells you how many members follow your activity there and how many events you have already RSVPed to.
