My Groups is the list of every group you belong to, together with the invitations waiting for an answer. My Purchases, in the same menu, is the record of what you have paid and the invoices that go with it.
My Groups
Open the menu under your name and choose My Groups. Invitations you have not answered sit at the top; your memberships are below them. Each group is one card carrying its status, your role, the date you joined, and the actions available on it.

What a group card tells you
Pending invitations
Who invited you, the role you are being offered, and when the invitation expires. Accept joins the group; Decline clears the invitation away.
Member / Pending / Rejected
The state of your membership. Pending means the group has not decided on your application yet.
Owner / Organizer / Member
Your role in that group. Owner and Organizer reach the group's admin screens; Member does not.
Visit Site / Events / Share / Leave
The actions on the card. Visit Site opens the group's own address, Share hands you a link and a QR code to pass on, and Leave asks for confirmation first. A Funding action joins them for groups that take contributions.
My Purchases
The same menu has My Purchases, which opens a page headed My Payments. Its Overview tab shows the money pool of each of your groups; the Your purchases tab is a plain record of every payment in one table, each row with its invoice. If you have never paid anything it says so.

What the table shows
Payments
One row per payment, with Date, Purpose, For and Amount. Every payment is a one-off top-up of a money pool or a supporter badge - nothing is charged again on its own.
Status
Open while the payment is still with the payment provider, then Paid, Failed, Expired or Cancelled.
Invoice
The invoice of a paid payment, as a button with its number that downloads the PDF. Invoice pending means it is still being issued. A payment another member made to a group you own shows no invoice - it belongs to whoever paid.
Refunds
A refund or chargeback is a row of its own, dated when it happened, with a minus amount, a Refunded or Charged back badge and the credit note. The original payment stays in the list as Paid.
Leaving is not always possible
A group will not let go of its last owner - hand the role to someone else first. And on a group's own site the leave screen first tells you how many members follow your activity there and how many events you have already RSVPed to.
