What your club gets
A website you edit yourself
Pages built from blocks - a header with a photo, text, a gallery, a map, your next events: who you are, where you meet, how to join. No developer, no theme to maintain, no plugin updates, nothing to install.
A block with your upcoming events keeps the home page current on its own, so the club website never shows last season's dates. The events, the member pages and the photos sit right next to the pages you write.
Dates that repeat themselves
Training every Tuesday, the board meeting every first Monday, the summer party once a year: set the rule once, and change a single date when you need to.
Members RSVP with one click and get a reminder on the day, and anyone can subscribe to the club's calendar feed. When the board meeting moves, edit it once for all following dates, and those who had said yes are told by email.
Members and roles
Members sign up with an email address and join the club online; with approval switched on, nobody is in until an organizer accepts them. Organizers get the rights to create events and edit pages, so the work does not rest on one person - without handing everyone the keys.
Each member decides what others see of them: whether guests see them on the members page and whether others may tag them in photos. Between the meetings there is the Town Hall, a members-only forum with a gallery of event photos.
Your own domain
The club appears under its own address, like yourclub.org, with its own logo in place of ours - a club website that looks like the club, not like a platform.
The domain stays with your registrar: you point one DNS record at our server, we check it and switch the club over, and HTTPS is taken care of. It costs nothing on top of the monthly price.
Several languages
Every page and event can be translated - useful for international clubs and members who are new in town.
The club decides which languages it offers and which one is the default, and members read the website in the language they pick. The welcome page, the event texts and the venue descriptions can all differ by language.

Questions organizers ask
Does MeetAgain replace our club management software?
No. It has no membership fees, SEPA or accounting. It covers the website, the meetings and the members' side, and works next to the tool you use for the books.
Can we use our existing domain?
Yes. Point your domain at MeetAgain and the club website appears there, with certificates handled for you.
Is it GDPR compliant?
MeetAgain is run by a German company and hosted in Germany, members control their own visibility, and the club can export its data at any time.
What if we want to leave?
Export the club as one archive - members are included if they agree - and import it into an installation of your own. The software is open source under the EUPL.
What does it cost?
€6.00 a month for the whole club, paid in advance, with no subscription and no price per member. Self-hosting the open source version is free.
